According to multiple tests organized by the air shower equipment manufacturing Alliance, dust greater than 0.3 microns can be taken away 99.999% at this wind speed, so the standard of wind speed should not be lower than 25M/S. In addition, GMP, QS and other dust-free workshops supporting air shower with sterilization system, with the improvement of technology and product requirements, now the air shower room used in multi-industry dust-free workshops needs to be equipped with ozone or germicidal lamps as sterilization system, in order to remove the bacteria hidden inside the air shower system, so as not to pollute the dust-free workshop.
